Sealing balls for spirits
This application required highest precision and thorough purity for the product itself, on the production equipment and in the production premises. We ensure these requirements by producing with state-of-the-art production, sorting and testing systems and working in accordance with the following quality standards:

SiLiBeads® Closure-/Valve balls are produced directly from glass melt. Every single ball is checked for its diameter. We can guarantee a tolerance up to +/-0.15 mm. Optical sorting machines are used on request in order to check the sphericity of the balls. A 100% check is ensured.

SiLiBeads® Closure-/Valve balls are produced in production premises in accordance with the HACCP hygiene standard. A contamination of the washed and sorted balls is excluded. All employees are trained and work in accordance with these standards.

SiLiBeads® Closure-/Valve balls are permanently checked for heavy metals and microbiological contamination. Upon customer request quality certificates can be supplied.

SiLiBeads® Closure-/Valve balls are automatically packaged in PET bags in accordance with the foods industry. Safe and clean transportation to the customer is guaranteed. Our production and storage capacities allow on-time delivery. Trough our Safety Stock Level we can even handle unplanned needs of our customers on time.
